2. Automatic Tool Changer: The linear automatic tool changer system seamlessly completes the entire machining process, from drilling and cutting to edge milling and polishing, achieving a high degree of automation.

4. High-precision Lead Screws and Guide Rails: The X and Y axes utilize a unique oil-immersion lubrication system. Combined with effective waterproof and dustproof structures, this extends the service life of the lead screws and guide rails.

The quartz stone surface is non-porous, preventing oil and water stains from easily penetrating. It is highly stain-resistant and easy to clean. When the countertop of a cabinet is long or has corners, splicing is necessary. The Pinmai CNC quartz stone machining center can not only cut and process stone into various shapes and combine them into various patterns, but also achieve seamless splicing in corner finishing. After grinding and polishing, it brings unexpected results.

The control system of the stone CNC machining center receives the input stone countertop processing dimensions, automatically calculates and processes them, and issues various control commands, such as allocating relative displacement command signals to the servo drive. This causes the machine tool spindle, carrying various cutting tools, to move along a predetermined trajectory under the drive of the servo motor to process the stone countertop, performing processes such as drilling, edge grinding, automatic tool changing, and polishing.
